Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 1 handful of cilantro, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to chill for one hour.
