Italian Sub Stoup

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 pounds Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 stick pepperoni
  • 1 ham steak
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1-15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pound gemelli pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup parm cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and drain.

  2. Add ham and pepperoni.

  3. Add onions and peppers.

  4. Add diced tomatoes and seasoning.

  5. Then add chicken stock.

  6. Bring to a boil.

  7. Add pasta and cook 8 minutes.
