Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon onion , minced

Directions

  1. Drain tuna.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Makes 2 sandwiches.

  4. Use bread of choice (bread, tortilla, pita).

  5. Top with choice- lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado— whatever makes you happy!
