Potted Ham

Makes 1 jar, can be kept in the fridge for up to a week

Ingredients

  • 250g cooked ham
  • 50g butter
  • pinch of ground mace
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Whizz the ham in a food processor until finely chopped. Melt the butter with the spices. Transfer the ham into a small pot or jar and pour over the butter. Leave to set and cover.
