Quick tomato pasta sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add the tomatoes, purée, herbs and 125ml water. Simmer for 25 minutes until thick. Season to taste.
