Mooncake II

Serves 15 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3-1/2-oz. boxes chocolate or vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 8-oz. container whipped topping

Directions

  1. Bring water and margarine to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until gooey. Press in 9×13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk. Set aside until firm.

  3. Mix cream cheese with 1 cup milk; beat until smooth. Fold into pudding. Pour over cooled crust.

  4. Spread thawed whipped topping over top. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top; or top with mini chocolate chips.
