Slush Punch

  • 3 3-oz. boxes strawberry jello
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 10 cups cold water
  • 1 46-oz. can Hi-C strawberry punch
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 7Up


  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sugar and stir. Add cold water, punch and lemon juice. Mix and freeze in a large container (or several small ones).

  2. When ready to serve, put several scoops in a glass and then fill with 7Up. Helps to let slush thaw for a bit first.
