Easy Teriyaki Chicken & Brown Rice Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 T. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 2 cups Minute Brown Rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through.

  2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to a boil.

  3. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
