Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pumpkin, mashed in a liquid puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Beat all ingredients together with a mixer until very smooth. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.

  2. Bake one hour or until top is set and solidified.

  3. Serve chilled with whipped topping.
