Busy-Day Cake

This cake is simple and very quick to put together.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.

Beat in on low the butter, egg, milk, and vanilla.

Pour into greased round cake pan. Bake at 350 F until firm in the middle.

Serve warm or cold with berries and whipped cream.
