Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 hardboiled eggs
  • 4 T. mayonnaise
  • 1 T. white vinegar
  • 1 t. yellow mustard
  • 1 t. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 dashes Tabasco

Directions

  1. Peel and halve the eggs. Remove the yolks into a bowl and mash.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add to the yolks and stir to combine.

  3. Refill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
