Breakfast Banana Split

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 med bananas
  • 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp all fruit strawberry jam
  • 1/8 cup peanuts, chopped
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Peel and cut each banana in half lengthwise

  2. Place 1/2 cup cottage cheese on banana and top with 1 1/2 tbsp jam, 1 tbsp peanuts, and pinch salt
