Ingredients
- 12 ounces baby spinach
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
Directions

Wash and dry spinach.

Quarter strawberries.

Dice cucumber.

In large bowl mix spinach, strawberries, and cucumbers together.

Mix lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, oil, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.

Pour dressing over spinach right before serving.
