Artichoke Dip

Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves 6 people

  • 7 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or sour cream w/chives
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • Optional minced yellow onions or green onions to taste
  • Box of crackers, Bag of bread pieces, Bag of tortilla chips


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Finely chop artichoke hearts and place in small mixing bowl.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  4. Transfer to small baking dish (pan coated) & bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.

  5. Optional – Lightly sprinkle with Paprika and Parsley flakes for color.

  6. Serve warm with your choice of dipping material.
