Mexican Wedding Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Cream margarine, add sugar, cream till smooth.

  2. Add flour, salt, vanilla and pecans. Pinch off small pieces, shape into balls.

  3. Bake at 400 12 to 15 min. Roll in powdered sugar.

  4. Makes 4 dozen.
