Clean eating potato wedges

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, peeled and cut in to wedges
  • Olive oil in an oil sprayer
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. ~Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Step 1 – In a small mixing bowl, combine your spices.

  3. Step 2 – Spray a cookie sheet with olive oil and spread out the potato wedges in a single layer.

  4. Step 3 – Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes. Go ahead, be generous.

  5. Step 4 – Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft when poked with a fork.

  6. Step 5 – If you like soft fries, you can take them out of the oven now. If you like crunchier fries, turn your oven on broil and broil for about 10 minutes more, or until the potatoes start to brown nicely.

  7. Step 6 – Allow to cool for a bit. (Potatoes tend to hold on to heat!)
