Clean eating bread crumbs

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 2 slices clean, whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Directions

  1. Step 1 – Toast your bread. Make sure it’s well toasted, even if you have to toast it twice. Then, let it sit out for a few minutes to cool completely. You want the bread to be dry, dry, dry.

  2. Step 2 – Break up the bread so you can get it into a processor and add all your other ingredients as well.

  3. Step 3 – Blend until you have a relatively fine mixture, and you’re done!

  4. Store these in the freezer for up to 6 months.
