DOSAI MOLAGA PODI

Ingredients

  • Dry red chillies : 1 tumbler
  • Whole Urad dhal : 1/2 tumbler
  • Chenna dhal : 1/4 tumbler
  • Mustard seeds : 1 teaspoon
  • Hing powder
  • Oil : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a kadai, heat oil and fry the chillies and dhal till golden brown.

  2. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

  3. Dry grind in a mixie with salt.

  4. Store it in an air-tight container.

  5. Use when needed with gingelly oil.
