  • refried black beans
  • tomato
  • roasted red bell pepper
  • grilled zucchini
  • poached egg
  • creole seasoning
  • on cooked spinach

Directions

  1. grill bell pepper zucchini with creole seasoning

  2. add spinach, cook until weeping

  3. poach egg

  4. warm up beans

  5. and put all together in sandwhich form
