Swiss Corn Bake

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • Two 9 oz. frozen corn or 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
  • 1 Can (5 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Cook corn according to package directions. Drain.

  2. Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup of cheese.

  3. Mix and pour into greased baking dish.

  4. Toss bread crumbs with butter and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle over corn mixture.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
