Freezer Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup cubed red potato
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup barley

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into one gallon ziplock bag.

  2. Thaw and then cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.

  3. Add barley 1 hour before serving.
