Cheesy Chicken Shells

Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo shells
  • 1 1/2 c canned tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 c ricotta
  • 1 chicken breast, diced
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 T oregano
  • 3/4 c mozz
  • 1/3 parm

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350. Cook shells acc to directions. Drain and rince with cold water. Set aside. Coat a 9 × 13 baking dish with cooking spray and spread ½ c of sauce on bottom of pan. For filling, stir together egg, ricotta, chicken, powder, and seasoning. Stir in ¼ c moss and ¼ c parm. Spoon cheese mixture into shells and place in single layer into dish. Spread remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
