Creamy Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 large red potatoes cubed
  • 1/3 c cubed velveeta
  • 3/4 cup cubed ham (cooked)
  • 1 T dried minced onion
  • 2/3 c cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 t pepper

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, coated with cooking spray, layer the potatoes cheese ham and onion. In a small bowl combine soup and milk, whisk in flour and pepper. Pour over potatoes and cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
