Parmesan Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs chicken breast cut into chunks/strips
  • 1/2 cup fat free parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano and basil)
  • Cook in 2tbsp hot oil until just browned but not cooked through
  • place in greased baking dish
  • top with 1&1/2 cups low sugar/sugar free Marinara
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup fat free mozzerella and 1/4 cup fat free parm cheese
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 20min or until chicken is cooked through
  • Serves 4

Directions

  1. Dip Chicken in Egg.

  2. In a ziplock bag toss chicken in cheese, spices and herbs.

  3. Cook in 2tbsp hot oil until just browned but not cooked through. Place in greased baking dish and top with 1&1/2 cups low sugar/sugar free Marinara. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup fat free mozzerella and 1/4 cup fat free parm cheese.

  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20min or until chicken is cooked through.
