Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 5- ounce pack of craisins
- 2/3 c white chocolate or semi-sweet choc chunks or chips
Directions

preheat @ 375 deg.

mix butter, sugar until light and fluffy

add eggs, mixing well

combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in separate mixing bowl

then add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition

stir in craisins and choc chunks

drop by rounded teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

bake for 10-12 min. or until golden brown.

cool on wire rack

makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies
