  • 2 T. butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 C. sliced shallots or onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 2 T. Worcestershire
  • 12 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper and sauté to desired temperature. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, shallots and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in Alfredo sauce and Worcestershire. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.

  3. Add steak back to sauce; add sour cream, mix well. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Heat through.

  4. Serve over hot noodles and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
