Aunt Gail’s Lowfat Berry Trifle

A easy low fat or high fat dessert that you can make in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup each: Sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • 1 package frozen triple-berry mixture from frozen food section. Or take have of berries and sweeten with a sweetener of choice: honey, sugar, no- sugar sweetener.
  • 1 large package sugar- free vanilla pudding
  • 1 large container cool-whip. regular, lite, non-fat.
  • 1 large angel food cake.

Directions

  1. Take fresh berries: clean, slice and sweeten and combine with frozen berries. Put in fridge and let sit for at least an hour.

  2. Make pudding, let set up and also put in fridge.

  3. After pudding has set, combine about 1/3 of container with pudding. Break up angel food cake in chunks. Start layering a large clear bowl starting with berry mixture in juice, cake, pudding some fresh berries and some cool whip. Continue layering until you reach top of bowl and top with remaining cool whip. Garnish with fresh fruit.
