Pumpkin Dump Crumb Cake

A great Fall dessert. It has become a thanksgiving favorite in our house.

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • I box yellow cake mix
  • 1 large can pumpkin not pie filling
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter melted
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.

  2. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon.

  3. Pour into pan.

  4. Spread cake mixture on top.

  5. Pour melted butter on top of cake.

  6. Bake 350F for 1 hour.
