Apple Cider and rosemary ice pops

Ingredients

  • 4 c apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 T chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 4 t apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 t vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves

  3. Reduce heat to medium, simmer until mixture is reduced to 3 1/2 cups, 20-25 min.

  4. Strain into 4 cup measuring cup, cool to room temperature.

  5. Stir in vinegar and vanilla.

  6. Pour into 12 1/3 cup ice pop molds. Insert covers and sticks, freeze overnight.
