Harriet’s Pork Tenderloin

Elegant but easy

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 55 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 3 Pork Tenderloins
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter, divided
  • 3/4 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup brown sauce, may use Knorr Swiss Hunter Brown Sauce mix with mushrooms
  • Fresh parsley to garnish

Directions

  1. Season tenderloins with salt & pepper

  2. Saute in 1/4 cup butter, browning all sides and remove

  3. Add remaining butter and apricot jam

  4. Place meat in shallow roasting pan

  5. Place apricot sauce over meat

  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, basting often

  7. Add brown sauce to apricot sauce, mixing well

  8. Bake an additional 10 minutes

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley

  10. Serve with sauce
