Lemon Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed

Directions

  1. Grease & flour 2 9×5 loaf pans

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Beat cake, eggs, water, pudding and oil.

  4. Fold in seeds.

  5. Split into pans, and bake 45-60 minutes.

  6. Can be drizzled with powdered sugar/lemon juice glaze.
