Savory CHicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes savory herb with garlic soup mix
  • 6 T water
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 large potatoes cubed
  • 1 large onion halved and cut into small wedges

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine soup mix and water. Pout half into a ziplock gallon bag. Add chicken. Shake bag. Pout remaining soup mixture in another bag. Add potatoes and onion. Shake bag. Drain and sicard marinade from chicken. Transfer to 13 × 9 inch dish. Pour potatoes over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked. Best if soaked overnight.
