Clean eating roasted chick peas

(from dano’s recipe box)

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chickpeas (canned or made fresh) – also called garbanzo beans
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. •Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Step 1 – Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

  3. Step 2 – Spread the beans out over a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

  4. Step 3 – Bake for 30-40 minutes being sure to stir at 10 minute intervals.

  5. Step 4 – Allow to cool and serve.
