Mango-Date Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 mango, peeled and seeded
  • 4 soft dates
  • 1-2 pinches ground cardamom
  • raw sugar or honey

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add raw sugar or honey to taste.
