Dill Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 T. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 t. dill weed
  • 1 t. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add carrots; cover and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until tender.

  2. Drain carrots; return to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; stir until margarine is melted.
