Super Spuds

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut in 3/4" wedges
  • 1/3 cup french salad dressing (sweet & spicy)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine potato wedges and dressing; toss. Roll each wedge in crumbs to coat. Place skin side down in ungreased 15×10″ baking pan or cookie sheet.

  3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and potatoes are tender.
