Clean eating quinoa and avocado salad

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked and cooled quinoa
  • 1 (10 oz.) package cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
  • 2 medium avocados, cut into chunks
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Step 1 – Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl and serve.

  2. Note: This will definitely need some salt. But I leave it up to you to decide how much.
