Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli

Ingredients

  • 400g medium-size spaghetti, a little bit more if you are very hungry
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 hot red or green chilli, sliced
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta in slightly salted water until al dente. Drain and retrun to the pan.

  2. Fry the garlic and chilli in the oil in a small pan for approximately 2 minutes, so that the garlic becomes golden. Pour over the pasta, mix and serve.
