Parmesan Crusted Cod

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets (1/2 lb.)
  • 2Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 4tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1cup STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
  • 1/2lb. fresh green beans, trimmed (2 cups)
  • 1small lemon, cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 whole grain dinner rolls

Directions

  1. HEAT broiler.

  2. PLACE fish on rack of broiler pan. Spread with mayo; top with Parmesan.

  3. BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  4. MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing as directed on package and cook green beans. Serve fish with stuffing, beans, lemon wedges and rolls.

  5. BAKING DIRECTIONS

  6. Heat oven to 475°F.

  7. Line baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.

  8. Place fish in pan; top as directed.

  9. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  10. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

  11. SUBSTITUTE

  12. Prepare using any mild-flavored white fish, such as tilapia, grouper, haddock, sole or halibut
