Lemon chick pea salad 1,2,3,4,5

Serves 1 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Lemon, squeezed $ tsp. Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 cup Baby Spinach Leaves

Directions

  1. Put the drained chickpeas into a large mixing bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients with the chickpeas and stir well. Chill before serving.
