Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 12 cups chicken broth or 6 (14 1/2 oz.) cans
  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 1/3 onion (chopped fine)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 bay leaf (small)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg of noodles (Reames Noodles are best – frozen section)

Directions

  1. Mix and bring all ingredients together, except Noodles, and bring to a boil.

  2. Add noodles and simmer 30 minutes.

  3. Remove bay leaf before serving.

  4. May want to add more broth if you’d like it soupier.
