Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups of day old rice
  • (2) stalks of Green Onion
  • (4) cloves of minced garlic
  • (1) cup of sweet snap peas or you can use regular frozen peas
  • Pork belly
  • (1/2) block of Spam
  • Kimchi & the juice
  • (1 1/2) TBS of sesame oil
  • (1) egg for frying

Directions

  1. - chop/dice up your meats and veggies into cubes & set aside

  2. - Heat up your skillet with 3-4 TBS of EVOO (extra oil makes the rice taste amaze). Add in your garlic

  3. - Immediately add in your chopped meats & let them brown & crisp up a bit

  4. -add in your snap peas & scallions (let the bunch get happy)

  5. -Prepare your kimchi by draining the liquid & dicing into strips, add the kimchi & juice to the skillet

  6. -continue to add your rice and mix thoroughly. You can let the rice fry in the skillet for extra crispness
  7. -you can also add a fried egg to to your dish (I recommend it!)
