Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Boneless, skinless Chicken cut into strips
  • 3/4 C. Miracle Whip
  • 3 C. fresh or 16 oz. pkg frozen vegetables
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 C. cooked rice

Directions

  1. Cook chicken strips in Miracle Whip over medium heat, add 3 cups of frozen vegetables or fresh vegetables. Mix the soy sauce and garlic powder together and poor over chicken and vegetables. Stir and cook 5 more minutes. Serve over cooked rice
