Sour soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tea spn jaggery
  • 3/4 tea spn tamarind extract
  • 1/2 tea spn cumin seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt
  • If ready made extract is not available, extract the thick juice of one small lemon size tamarind.

Directions

  2. Roast the cumin seeds(fry without oil) and powder them. Mix all the ingredients and boil for around 5-10mins.
