Ingredients
- 9-10 dates
- 3/4 tea spn tamarind extract
- 1/2 tea spn cumin seeds
- 1/2 tea spn coriander powder
- 1 and 1/2 tea spns jaggery
- Salt
- If ready made extract is not available, extract the thick juice of one small lemon size tamarind.
Directions

Roast the cumin seeds(fry without oil) and powder them.
