Fried Idlis

Ingredients

  • Left Over Idlis - 6
  • Onion - 2 medium sized – Cut into small pieces
  • Corriander Leaves - As required
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Sambhar Masala -3/4 tsp
  • Green chili - 1
  • Curry Patta - a spring
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Turmeric - A pinch

Directions

  1. Cut each idli into 4 pieces. Heat the oil in the pan and add mustard seeds. When it starts to pop add curry patta. After that add onions peices and fry till golden brown. Add cut green chili. Add salt and sambhar masala and turmeric . Add idli peices and fry for few minutes so that this mixture blends well with the fried idlis.Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot.
