Chile Garlic Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small red chile thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
  • 10 oz (10c) spinach
  • coarse salt
  • lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil over med-high.

  2. Add red chile and garlic cook until fragrant (30 sec).

  3. Gradually add spinach, cook toss constantly until wilted 1-2 min.

  4. Season with salt/ lemon.
