Roasted Asparagus with lemon and dill

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse s/p
  • 1/3 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp finely chopped dill
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. On baking sheet toss asparagus with olive oil season with s/p.

  3. Roast until tender and browned in spots about 20 min.

  4. Toss with red pepper flakes dill and lemon zest.
