Ingredients

  • 1 saute pan with a lid (or something larger than the pan to cover it)
  • 1 spatula
  • Butter
  • Bread (the type really doesn't matter. I've used low calorie whole wheat, and just about any kind of bread. Just make sure it's not too thick because you don't want it to be cheesy bread but grilled cheese.)
  • Cheese: goat cheese, cheddar, and brie.
  • 1 apple, cut into thin slices. I prefer the green kind of tart apples that will cut into all the cheesyness.

Directions

  1. Put plenty of butter in the saute pan.

  2. When the pan is hot enough (not scorching dude!) put the bread down and lightly toast it.

  3. Flip the bread over and add cheese on both sides.

  4. Put the cheddar on one, brie on the other, and then sprinkle the goat on top of both. Make sure the heat is not too high so the bread doesn’t burn before the cheese melts. Put the lid, or cookie pan, or whatever else you found in your kitchen on top. Give it a minute or until whenever the cheese is melty. It doesn’t have to be super melted. Just melty. Just until the bread has a nice browning and melty cheese on top.

  5. Top one side off with the apple slices.

  6. Put one slice on top of the other, divide it up, and let your body enjoy one of the best pleasures in life.
