Todd’s Green Beans

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green Beans, Fresh
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

Directions

  1. On a large skillet or wok, saute the green beans in oil and 1 Tbsp butter over med-high heat or until they start to brown. Add another Tbsp of butter and add the onions. Saute until the onions are nice and brown.

  2. Salt and Pepper to taste.

  3. 1/4 recipe = 6g Net Carbs
